CardinalStone offers an exciting career opportunity for new/recent graduates who are looking to explore various aspects of the financial services industry. After a series of class-wide and division-specific training and orientation courses, new hires are immediately thrown onto live transactions where they begin receiving valuable on-the-job training and exposure. At CardinalStone, we also provide all new hires with continuous career guidance and mentorship from middle and senior management to ensure that each staff's development and exposure expectations are being met.
Our recruitment process for fresh graduates commences with an invitation of shortlisted candidates for a written aptitude test. Successful candidates will then undergo two rounds of formal interviews after which final selections are made. Interested applicants should submit their cover letters and CVs for consideration, either for specific positions on our current openings list, or in anticipation for our next round of aptitude tests. Applicants are advised to indicate their areas/divisions of interest within the firm.
